[Notice of power outage in the entire building due to comprehensive inspection] The property is planning to carry out a comprehensive inspection of electrical equipment from 12:00 to 17:00 on Monday, April 7, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our guests, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
For accommodation-related information, please refer to the following. 1. Check-out time (11:00) cannot be extended on the day. (Late check-out benefits cannot be applied) 2. Check-in time on the day will be around 17:00 after the power outage work is completed. 3. For guests currently staying at the hotel, you will not be able to stay in your guest room during the power outage period.
For hotel facilities, please refer to the following. 1. Large communal bath: 4/7 17:00 (usually 15:00) - 9:00 the following day 2. Lounge corner: 4/7 17:00 (usually 15:00) - 23:00 3. Hotel parking lot: As a general rule, it will be unavailable from the day before the power outage. We will guide you to a nearby parking lot.
The property will be conducting maintenance work on the plumbing in the large public bath on the following date. As a result, the large public bath will be temporarily closed during the specified times.

Maintenance work Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

The large public bath will be closed for both men and women from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM on April 22, 2025

※Normal operations will resume from 06:00 PM to the following 09:00 AM.

Additional Information:
The large public bath at the adjacent Hotel "Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo" will continue to operate as usual. Contact the property directly if any guests wish to use the large public bath at "Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo" during the above closure time.
This Property is scheduled to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the electrical system and other facilities and equipment on April 7, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Onsite parking will be unavailable on April 6, 2025. Guest can contact property to arrange offsite parking. A scheduled power outage will take place on April 7, 2025, from noon to 5 PM. Guests must vacate the property during this time. Check-in time begins after 5 PM on this date. Early check-in/late check-out will be not available on this date. The public bath is open 3 PM-9 AM daily.

• One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
