-The bus seats are limited and allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Reservation is required at least 3 days in advance and subject to availability.
-In order to process the bus booking, please contact property for checking available bus schedules and reserving the bus seats.

2/ General Regulations
- Hotel check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and Late check-out are subject to availability and surcharge may be applied.
- Guests must provide a valid form of government-regulated identification upon check-in:
+ Non-Vietnamese guests are required to present their valid passport with a valid visa or Temporary Resident Card.
+ Vietnamese guests are required to present valid national identification card or passport.
- A credit or debit card security deposit of VND 2,000,000 /USD 100 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
- The property does not permit food and beverages from outside, even food delivery services.
- Pets are not allowed on the Resort premises.

3/ Surcharges
- Please be informed the surcharge for kids could be collected upon check-in, depending on payment methods guest chose on booking website. Surcharges will be as below:
* Children from 0 to 3 years old stay for free if using existing bed.
* Children from 4 to 11 years old will be charged USD 10++ per pax per day for breakfast if using existing beds.
* Children from 12 years old and over will be charged USD 48++ per pax per day for staying and breakfast.
- An extra bed if requested is charged at USD 30++ per bed per day.
* Above prices are not including service charge and VAT.
