Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
Children under elementary school age can stay for free as a using existing beds (Bedding, meals and towels are not provided.)
There will be no amenities for children using existing beds. Additional amenities will be subject to additional charges.

The property can keep your baggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. However, the property can only store your baggage on the check in/out date.
Room cleaning: We do NOT clean your room for going green if you stay for 4 nights or less.
Only we collect trash and we change towels every day instead.
*In the case of 5 nights or more, we clean your room on a particular date for free.
If you need room cleaning service besides a particular date, it is available for a charge.

Please note the hotel will accept luggage prior to check-in, but guests will be unable to check in until 3 PM. Housekeeping service is provided for stays of 5 nights or more. Additional housekeeping service is available on request for a fee and must be requested the previous day. Trash collection and towel exchange service are provided daily for all stays.

Newly opened in February 2013, Kyoto Itoya Hotel is a modern design hotel. Free Wi-Fi is available at the entire property. Offering chic rooms that feature air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a fridge and an electric kettle with green tea bags. An air purifier can be borrowed for in-room use. The en suite bathroom comes with a hairdryer. Hotel Kyoto Itoya is a 15-minute walk from Nishi Hongan-ji Temple, a 20-minute walk from Kennin-ji Temple, a 10-minute public bus ride from Kyoto station and a 10-minute drive from Kiyomizu Temple.
