1. Check-in policy:All guests, regardless of nationality, must bring a valid passport or identification for check-in.Check-in procedures are subject to change from time to time, so please contact the property for more information.

Deposit policy:A deposit must be made at the time of check-in to secure additional service requests incurred at the Hotel and/or other Hotel damages (if any) caused by the Guest during the stay period. The deposit will be refunded to the Guest at the time of check-out if no service is used and/or no damages are incurred to the Hotel. Deposit is made by cash, bank card, or credit card with a specific deposit of VND 1,000,000/bedroom unit/night.Flamingo reserves the right to refuse to provide the service if the Customer does not make the deposit with the above provisions.
1/ Newborn children (under 02 years old):
- Infant (under 02 years old): maximum FOC 01 additional child/bedroom. In additional cases, the surcharge will apply to children under 06 years old
2/ Children under 6 years old arise out of room standards (Sharing bed with parents)

4/ Adult (from 12 years old):
- In case of sharing bed: The additional charge will be subject to the property's policy

Children under 06 years old: free of charge for 01 Child / Bedroom. Additional cases of Children under 02 years old: Surcharge equal to children from 02 to under 06 years old

Children from 02 to under 06 years old (Sharing a bed with parents + 01 breakfast): Basic 200,000 VND / child / night; Halfboard 350,000 VND/child/night

Children from 06 to under 12 years old (Sharing a bed with parents + 01 breakfast): Basic 400,000 VND / child / night; Halfboard 700,000 VND/child/night

Adults (age 12 years old and above):+ In case of sharing existing bed+ 01 breakfast: Basic 600,000 VND / person / night; Halfboard 1,100,000 VND/person/night+ In case of 01 Extra bed / Extra cushion + 01 breakfast: Basic 800,000 VND / person / night; Halfboard 1,300,000 VND/person/night

The surcharge for children/extra people on holidays will be calculated according to the public price at the resort, please add an additional surcharge if you have paid in advance or pay directly at the resort when checking in (if not paid in advance)
Compulsory meal: In order for you to have the best culinary experience during your stay, Flamingo would like to inform you that an additional lunch or dinner is required in the room package for bookings that stay on weekends and public holidays, New Year's holidays according to hotel’s regulations will be mandatory.

1. Guest’s name changing:
The property allows changing the lead guest's name 1 time only per booking. Changing the lead guest's name for the second time will be subject to an additional charge of VND 300,000 per time per room. The latest time for changing the name is 72 hours before check-in.

Charm Pool, Sky Bar and Sky Walk at the hotel are undergoing maintenance, scheduled until October 25, 2024. The third building of the hotel will also undergo maintenance and has no expected completion date. The hotel still has 2 other buildings,  swimming pools and other entertainment services for guests.
