- 2nd floor dormitory, WC, air conditioner, fan, 65 inch Smart TV. Up to 10 cushions m6x2m

2. Main house under the tree
- 03 self-contained bedrooms, with air conditioner, fan, wooden furniture. Large living room, fully equipped kitchen counter, with induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, tea table, dining table and chairs...

- Free use of outdoor BBQ grill
- Free use of infinity pool with smart filtration system, natural well water
- Large fish pond, free fishing
- Amusement and relaxation area with leaf huts, swings, relaxation chairs, overseas bridges, billiard tables

Surcharge:

• Children from 0 to under 6 years old can stay for free.

• Children from 6 to 12 years old can stay for an extra charge of VND 200,000/child/night.

• Please wash dishes, clean up trash & put things back in place before check-out. If not, you can ask our housekeeper to clean the house for a fee from 200,000vnd

• Do not bring pets into the resort.

• Due to the regulations of the resort to ensure the quality of service and standard room cleaning, the check-in/check-out time cannot be flexible.

General rules

- When you receive the house, please send the ID card of the Head of the delegation to the housekeeper & confirm the number of people

- Please turn off the lights and air conditioner when leaving the room

- Check-in/out time may be sooner or later if approved by the host

- No smoking in the room

- Maintain common hygiene and public order

- Outdoor speakers turn off before 10pm

- Self-protection of personal property

- Self-managing child safety

- Please save electricity and water to ensure maintenance during the break. Suburban villas will have local conditions for returning to the country.

- Please do not smoke in the bedroom.

- Please protect nature, do not cut flowers, break branches.

- You inventory the furniture when delivering and receiving the house with the housekeeper. If damage occurs, please compensate for the damage.

- Please prepare your own personal items such as toothbrush, towel, face towel, shower gel, shampoo, .. in case you forget, you can ask the housekeeper to provide some supplies preventive.

- You pay attention to manage & monitor children near swimming pools and fish ponds

- You are solely responsible for the protection of personal property

- If you need to order rustic food (chicken, vermicelli, sticky rice, porridge, vegetables,...) or order a restaurant, please contact the housekeeper to reserve in advance.

- If you want to cook for yourself, you can use the kitchen counter at the villa. Using the BBQ water is free, but you need to prepare charcoal or ask the housekeeper to buy it for you

Prohibited

- Prohibit all forms of flagging, prostitution, drug use, addictive substances & carrying weapons, poisons, explosives in the villa premises.

- You must be fully responsible before the law & the villa if you violate it

- Villa does not take any responsibility for any damage, damage to property & people if it is not due to Villa's fault or because you do not comply with the provisions of the content. Please protect your own health & property as well as those of your team members.

- Please do not use speakers, radios, audio devices with high volume, all activities using speakers, radios & sounding devices need to end before 10pm to avoid causing noise & photos. affect the surrounding residential area.

- Please do not bring pets, pets into the bedroom, common area
