An Garden is near Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, 4km from Dong Mo Golf Course, 12km from Ba Vi National Park. This semi-mountainous land will bring you the feeling of the northern countryside of infinite peace. An Garden helps recharge your life. The garden has a total area of 5000 m2, with the most beautiful lake view in the area.

Villa structure:

- Villa with a total area of 1000m2 including three floors: Basement (karaoke room, wine cellar, swimming pool).

- 1st floor (living room, kitchen, reading room); 2nd floor (bedrooms and common room).

- Capacity: 22 standard people, good for 30 people, from over 30 people to 40 people, please survey and negotiate with An Garden.

- 4 standard rooms with self-contained WC, smart WC platform (each room has 1 large double bed),

- 1 DORM room with 2 self-contained WCs with 6 double beds and 2 single beds (1.2m),

-1 common room on the second floor of 35 m2 with TV, Wifi; mattress can be put on,

- Living room on the first floor 90m2 with 2 WCs, wifi, 70 m2 kitchen with basic amenities (kitchen from 3 cooking trays, refrigerator, dishes, cups, drinking cups).

Villa facilities:

• Central air conditioning system, two-way, in all areas of the villa.
• Indoor swimming pool with automatic jacuzzi and filter system, next to two WCs with shower cabins. Serve warm water from October 31 of the previous year to April 20 of the following year.
• Wine cellar (free tours, photography)
• Utilities: Campfire area, fishing, lakeside promenade, lawn for teambuilding.

Extra policy:

- Children under 3 years old free of charge.

- Children from 3 to 6 years old surcharge 125,000 VND/child.

- Children over 6 years old surcharge adults: 250,000 VND/person.
