Villa facilities:

• Whole apartment with 5 bedrooms, self-contained toilet, in which: 3 double rooms with 1 bed 1m8*2m, 2 large rooms with 2 beds 1m8*2m
• The number of beds is 7 beds 1m8x2m (fully air-conditioned from the living room, to the bedroom)
• All 3 bedrooms have 50inch TVs. The living room is equipped with a 75-inch TV
• Swimming pool 90m2, depth 90m-1m55 (villa free life jacket) + (swan swimming pool for rent 200k/1 group)
• Free Karaoke speaker pull
• Free sauna
• Fully equipped with towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer.
• The kitchen area is full of bowls, chopsticks and pots and pans, with 2 hot pot stoves, 10l oven, rice cooker, refrigerator.
• The BBQ grill is equipped with outdoor dining tables and grills.
• Villa is equipped with outdoor dining tables and chairs (15-30 people).
• Villa has links with several restaurants to order food
• Villa has a free parking lot that can accommodate up to 4-5 cars.

Attention :

- Customers are not allowed to bring pets into the Villa, if they intentionally bring them, they will be fined.

- It is strictly forbidden to use stimulants such as smiley balls ... . If found, they will be removed from the Villa without a refund.

- Compulsory cleaning fee is 300k villa to move in the next morning to check out. (Customers need to clean in the evening cleaning fee is incurred)

- If the villa does not have guests before / after, you can flexibly check in time (charged 300k / 1 hour if guests leave early & late)

Surcharge :

- If there are more people, an additional fee will be charged: 200,000 VND / 1 person
