Talk early in the evening, gather around the BBQ table. Island House is only 1 hour drive from the center of Hanoi. Homestay is surrounded by the cool, liberal space of the lake and natural mountains. Not only that, the green island villa has unique and modern architecture. The facilities and services in the house are very thoughtfully invested by the homestay owner, creating the most comfortable feeling for guests.

Villa structure:

- 1 Master bedroom 1 double bed

- 1 shared bedroom with 3 double beds

(In the case of a large group, Island House has a mattress, blanket, and pillow outside for the group to actively arrange sleeping space)

- 3 separate toilets/bathrooms

- Spacious living room with relaxing sofa set

- Grill and outdoor dining table and chairs for BBQ parties

- Large kitchen, fully set up dishes according to standards.

Villa facilities:

- The villa's outdoor campus is extremely spacious for you to comfortably organize teambuilding sessions, or fun activities, or organize cozy BBQ parties with relatives and friends.

- Singing Karaoke, kayaking, cycling, using the BBQ grill, hot pot, BBQ tables and chairs, Tea, coffee, water according to the villa's standards, the villa's own sauna, fishing in the natural lake.

Surcharge:

- Standard villa for groups of 12 or less.

- From the 13th person, a surcharge of 200,000 VND/person will be applied, children over 5 years old are counted as adults, children under 5 years old are exempt from the surcharge.

- The total number of people in the group must not exceed 20, including adults and children.
