- The main building includes:
+ 5 self-contained bedrooms with air conditioning, each room has a 1m6 double bed (1 bedroom on the 1st floor and 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the lake)
+ 6 bathrooms with shampoo and shower gel.
+ Living room with sofa, TV and karaoke mic.
+ Recreational pool table.

- The annex includes:
+ Kitchen area has full tools: refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, super speed kettle, 3 hot pot stoves, pots and pans, bowls, chopsticks, spices...
+ Indoor dining table and chairs
+ 1 shared toilet
+ Cozy fireplace
+ The butler's room
- Outdoor swimming pool area is about 40m2, 0.5m - 1m deep.
- BBQ area with 2 grills
- Mini golf practice area.
