Villa structure:
- Villa 500m2, 4 bedrooms, 1 karaoke room.
- 04 bedrooms with separate toilets, can accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children.
Villa facilities:
- The villa is fully equipped with facilities such as: car garage, swimming pool with sea view, large garden with outdoor dining table.
- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, BBQ oven for home party.
Surcharge:
• Children from 0 to under 6 years old can stay for free.
• Children from 6 to 12 years old can stay for an extra charge of VND 200,000/child/night.
• Do not bring pets into the resort.
- In case of cleaning a lot, surcharge for washing dishes: 300,000-500,000 VND
- Deposit of property: 3,000,000 VND when checking in (When checking out the property is not damaged, nothing will be returned)
