Villa structure:

- The 1st floor has 3 rooms each with 2 double beds + 3 bathrooms and a living room + kitchen also on the 1st floor

- 2nd floor has 1 dormitory room (50m2) with 2 double mattresses available, 3 extra mattresses (double mattress) and 1 room with 1 double bed (2 shared bathrooms)

- Number of people in standard: 16 people, maximum 25 people

Villa facilities:

- Free use of swimming pool.

- Free use of BBQ grill and outdoor BBQ lawn.

- Free use of dishwasher, stove, bowl, plate, pot, rice cooker, refrigerator in the house.

- Free use of basketball court and exercise equipment.

- Free to use karaoke mini sound set.

- Free use of bicycles.

Surcharge:

- Surcharge from the 17th person onwards: 200,000 VND/person/night

- Children under 6 years old: free sleeping with parents

- Children from 6-12 years old: 100,000 VND/child/night

- Children from 12 years old and above: counted as adults

Note:

- To ensure the hygiene of the resort, please do not bring pets.

- Please do the cleaning yourself, if you need to hire a housekeeper, contact the housekeeper.

- Do not play loud music after 10pm.
