Happy House (k1) is suitable for groups of 6-7 people:
With a unique 2-storey diagonal triangle design, surrounded by glass:
- 1st floor: living room with lovely sofa set, can add extra cushions, luxury toilet full of personal belongings. There is a super chilled spacious balcony with a direct view of the swimming pool and facing the clock.
- 2nd floor: 1 bed 1m8-2m and can add 1 extra mattress with a cool balcony, super chilled table and chairs.
-Private kitchen with full bowls of chopsticks, hot pot, bbq charcoal stove
-Nice soaking tub for 2-3 people.
-The common campus is super fun to check-in with 1001 shimmering virtual living corners (net hammocks, pine hills, ancient rose gardens, ...)

Room price (May): ck 10%/book (the agent sells at the listed price, no difference)
Monday-Thursday: 2000k/4 people
Friday and Sunday: 2500k / 4 people
Saturday: 2800k/4ng
Standard for 4 adults, free 1 child under 6 years old.
Additional adults surcharge 200k / person, children 100k. Maximum 6-7 people.

Fee service:
- Karaoke speaker: 200k (registration in advance of housekeeper)
-Play billiards: 100k/1h (register in advance with the housekeeper because billiards share the whole area)
- Coal: 20k/kg, ice: 20k/1 bag.
- Rowing (500m from home): 300k/1 shift/2h/1 boat (pre-registration with housekeeper)
- Cleaning fee for each meal: 200k/group of 6-8 people (no charge if cleaning by yourself). If you clean yourself when you check out, you have to check out the room and clean the dishes, otherwise the housekeeper will charge you 200k.
