Special check-in instructions
This property offers transfers from the train station. Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Check-in for rooms with dinner ends at 7 PM; guests who check-in after 7 PM will not receive dinner. For Half Board rates, dinner venue and menu vary according to the room type and season. Rooms with restaurant in the name include dinner in the restaurant. Otherwise, dinner is served in the guestroom. Guests with dietary restrictions should notify the property at least 3 days prior to check-in. This hotel may charge an additional fee to accommodate dietary restrictions declared upon time of arrival rather than in advance. Meals are not included in the room rate for children under 3 years old. Children ages 3-5 booked in a Half Board rate plan receive a children's menu for dinner. Children ages 6 and older receive the same dinner menu as adults.

• Reservations are required for massage services and private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child 2 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
