"The location of the hotel is perfect for travellers needs, close to shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The view out over the lake whilst having breakfast is breath taking and the food is great!! The service is amazing, restaurant staff speak english and were very attentive to my needs. The reception staff are welcoming and were a great help when we organised a trip out to the hot springs helping us book private vehicles and getting us a good price. The hotel manager, Manjo, speaks english and is knowledgable on activities we could do in the area during our stay. It refreshing to have a friendly manager that genuinly wants you to enjoy your stay at their hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel for travellers."

"Chúng tôi đã ở đây và đã có một chút lo lắng bởi Covid. Khu phức hợp rất đẹp - nhỏ nhưng đẹp - chỗ ở sạch sẽ - không có gì xa hoa. Chúng tôi đã đi tham quan bằng xe đạp và thực sự tận hưởng thời gian ở hồ bơi. Nói chung là một kỳ nghỉ tốt đẹp."

"Quiet and confortable, we love sleeping 2 nights in a double room with a lake view. The young man at the reception is very helpful and kind : he helped us to catch a local bus to Ninh Binh at 5 am; it is possible to rent a motobike. Price can be negociated and fair with regard to this tourist area."
