Review - Real experience Delasea Hotel Ha Long - latest 7/2025

On the first day of our journey through Northern Vietnam, we checked into the DeLaSea Ha Long Hotel. The lobby and restaurant are tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. A highlight is the stunning view of the surrounding landscape, especially from the top floor, where you can enjoy an unobstructed panorama. The hotel also features a charming little garden that adds to its appeal. Inside, the environment is both clean and tranquil. That evening, I chose not to participate in any self-funded tours, which gave me more time to explore the area. I planned to stroll by the lake and savor a leisurely first night.

The hotel is new and beautiful, featuring spacious rooms and numerous elevators. The food is fresh and delicious, and the staff are friendly and efficient. Notably, the male receptionist takes exceptionally beautiful photos.

Okay, the accommodation is fine, but the price is a bit high. It would be beneficial to provide 2 complimentary bottles of water in the refrigerator.

The room is spacious and impeccably clean. On the 16th floor, there's a lovely view of the bay, but due to rain, visibility through the glass is limited.

Spacious and well-equipped room. The electric car ride to Bai Chay costs between 105,000 VND and 200,000 VND. Approximately 3km away from the pedestrian street area.

I arrived at this hotel on September 12, 2022 but only now do I remember to write a review. I was so pleased with this vacation that I am very happy to write a review for it. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff are friendly (especially the receptionists), the cleaning lady is very cheerful, and the restaurant servers are also very attentive and approachable. My room was located on a high floor with a very open and beautiful view. Highly recommended! Thank you, I will definitely come back again.

A luxury hotel at a great bargain price. View is terrific. Location is also fine. The room is quiet during the night. The concierge speaks English well.

酒店整體環境都很不錯，海景房視野很美，酒店有泳池，小朋友玩的很開心！前台小姐姐艷芳中文説得很好，服務也特別盡心，主動幫忙安排房間以及預約返程車輛。總的來説在下龍灣住這個酒店體驗真的很滿意～！

住的行政套房，24樓看外面很遠的風景，因為春節前，酒店大堂布置了具有當地風情特色的展台，前台服務很熱情❤️

櫃檯中文服務人員很友善。第一天沒有來做客房清潔，房間有廚房但是只有水龍頭喔，沒有煮飯設施。其餘都很好
