Review - Real experience Maple Suite Hotel & Apartment - latest 8/2025

It's our second visit to this hotel, and everything is fantastic! The rooms are always clean and pleasantly scented, with good music playing at the reception. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any queries. The management speaks English and is highly customer-oriented. P.S. The ladies here are very beautiful.

I managed to check in at 8 in the morning, even though the official check-in time was 2 p.m. I received an upgrade to a superior room. Song, the receptionist, did an outstanding job ensuring I had everything I needed. She even took me to an ATM on her moped, going above and beyond. I am incredibly grateful to her.

I made a reservation here for my relatives because I didn't have the time and needed my CV to accompany me. I asked Sales, who also serves as the main hotel receptionist (Mrs. Suong), to assist with the schedule and dining locations for my parents. Very detailed and reasonably priced. The room is new, clean, serviced daily, and close to the beach. My parents had a comfortable vacation here. I will recommend this place to friends and family to support the hotel.

😍😍The hotel is very beautiful and clean, conveniently located near the airport, just a 50m walk from the beach. It's only 2-3km away from the city's tourist attractions. The owners are extremely friendly and easy-going, and the receptionist is also very friendly and enthusiastic. There is a swimming pool, motorbike rental service. Especially, you should ask the owner to book a tour to Ba Na, coconut forest, Hue at a good price. And ask about good places to eat in Da Nang. Even though I'm taking care of a 6-month-old baby, I always enthusiastically reply to inbox for advice 😁². In short, I find everything very okay and affordable 😍😍😍

The hotel features lovely decor, the rooms are quite clean and comfortable, though the view is somewhat limited, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the beach. A major plus point was the Receptionist who was very enthusiastic and engaging, recommending several decent local eateries. I even asked her to take some charming photos for me. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. When I return to Da Nang, I will definitely opt for this place again.

The entire premises exude a pleasant, fresh scent. Background music in the lobby adds to the welcoming atmosphere created by the always-friendly staff. During check-in, administrator Suong Junny personally guides guests through all facilities, provides comprehensive room orientations, and ensures guests' comfort. The administrator is readily available to assist with any inquiries and remains accessible online for prompt responses. Additionally, guests receive regular SMS notifications regarding any hotel-related updates, such as street maintenance. The hotel offers excellent internet connectivity, suitable for both work and leisure, alongside a well-maintained garage providing ample space for motorcycles.

Great travel recommendation, wonderful people

With a room rate of approximately 600k/night (for individual guests), this is absolutely great. Although not overly luxurious like a prime rib, the room is fully equipped with amenities. The room I selected includes a kitchen with pots and dishes for cooking light meals suitable for families with young children. Conveniently located near the beach with easy parking. The staff provides exceptional support.

I returned to Da Nang for the second time and once again chose MapleSuite. The hotel is very new, clean, and beautifully designed. This time, I went with my extended family and rented 3 rooms, each with large windows and a balcony, making them very airy. Although the rooms don't have a sea view, you can enjoy the sea view from the pool area, which is very relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located near Pham Van Dong beach, just a 3-minute walk away. The receptionists were warm, friendly, and proactive in assisting guests whenever needed. Since we have a baby, we opted for a room with a kitchen equipped with everything from pots to pans. When I return to Da Nang, I will definitely choose this place again.

Located very close to the beach and nearby services, the hotel provided us with an unforgettable stay. The rooms were nice, and the services were perfect. Added to this are the exceptional qualities of its reception service—loyal, honest, professional, always ready to provide useful advice to customers. The staff of this hotel is truly a rare gem of this establishment. I will return if these employees are still here.
