Review - Real experience Bezel Hotel - latest 6/2025

From June 20-26, we stopped by Danang and discovered it was during some type of Firework spectacular week. Around the fireworks area, most of the hotels were booked. After much research, we found a hotel close to the river and fireworks. The Kay hotel next door was sold out and it was recommended that we stay next door at its sister property (Bezel Hotel). Unfortunately, we accepted. Note: both hotels have the same owner. We booked 2 rooms for 6 days and 1 room for 3 days for my sister in law (who would arrived later). Here were the issues: 1. All 3 rooms were extremely hot. It was easily over 40 Celsius/104 F inside the room. We were advised to call them an hour before we arrived EACH day. This would allow them to turn on the A/C. By the way, when the A/C is turned on, it was horrible. It took hours for the room to "cool" down. The A/C only got it to 32 Celcius/90 F. God oh mighty, we needed a fan. Every night, it was hot. We filed multiple unanswered complaints. 2. Fridge was not working in any of the rooms. If you think the room was hot, the fridge was terrible! It was an oven and it smelt bad (think of spoiled milk). Owner later stated that fridge do not get cold, only "cool". It was not even close to cool. 3. My sister-in-law checked in 2 days after us (note: we should have abandoned the place and seek another place way beforehand). After she checked in with her 3 year old son, she sat on the bed and opened the covers. ROACHES were crawling out underneath! Are you F*King kidding me? She had their staff come clean and change out the sheets immediately. 4. We saw maid service attending the rooms. In empty rooms with the doors open (they are not allowed to turn on A/C, they left the door open), they were resting and laying on the guest beds. This is crazy!!! 5. After the roach episode, we demanded to check out. The a-hole owners wanted to charge us for the full 6 day stay vs the 3 that we actually stayed. We demanded to be released from this hell hole. The manager stated that this is a 1 star hotel (which was a lie); it was advertised online as 3 stars and it was charged at a 3 star rate. By this time, we finished arguing with her; we ended up paying for the 3 days plus a small surcharge. Personally, it should have been a full refund. Truly a highway robbery. My recommendation to anyone thinking of staying here. Please be aware that this hotel is AWFUL. Room is terrible, hot, and infested with what ever (roaches, bugs, etc...). We complained to the staff and management every day. And, it went unanswered. Service was very very very bad. We had to beg to have them turn on the A/C. On top of this, the management sucks and they are truly unprofessional! These people should not be allowed to operate a hotel. Our only blessing was that we finally left this place. Never again!

Good location close to the river and iconic bridges, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Rooms are fine too with a nice view of the river.

Bezel Hotel là một khách sạn kiểu boutique nhỏ và nằm ở phía đối diện cầu rồng nhưng ngay trên sông. Các phòng đều được trình bày tốt và duy trì tuy nhiên chúng rất nhỏ và do đó không có chỗ để di chuyển trừ khi bạn ngồi hoặc nằm trên giường ngủ hoặc xem TV. Ngoài ra còn được trang bị máy lạnh và TV màn hình LCD, giường ngủ thoải mái hợp lý và gối cũng được cung cấp. Vòi hoa sen nhỏ với áp lực trung bình và nhân viên rất thân thiện và có sức chứa. Các quan điểm từ trên mái nhà là tốt vào ban đêm và khách sạn nằm ngay trên sông và một đoạn đi bộ ngắn từ cây cầu rồng mà bạn có thể đi bộ vào thành phố. Đây là một kỳ nghỉ dễ chịu và đáng giá tiền. Đối với một khách sạn nhỏ sạch sẽ tôi sẽ không có vấn đề ở lại đây một lần nữa cho một kỳ nghỉ ngắn.

We stayed about 2 weeks in this charming hôtel from Da Nang and for sur, if we come back in this city, we will come back here. Very nice place, nice and clean room, charming and smily staff. They helped us when we need advice or something else. Nothing bad to say. Just well done !! Hope to see you another next time Stéphane

The Bezel Hotel is good value for money. It's located right on the banks of the river and offices right views of the name and the City skyline especially at night from the rooftop bar. The staffs are exceptionally friendly and the rooms are small but have everything that you need and presented in a modern style. Asian holds the beds I have open this is one of the better properties as the beds quite reasonable and you can get a good night's sleep without feeling like you alone all night slab of concrete. The showers are good sized and reasonably good pressure. The only downside is there aren't many things nearby as the main city and everything is on the opposing side of the river. However you can have a pleasant walk along the river and you can also 5 minutes to the Dragon Bridge which has a fire-breathing display at 9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday nights. You can also walk across the Dragon Bridge to the other side of the river where the city and all the shopping is. This place was good value for money

Had one night stay at this hotel after flying in late. Tidy hotel on street frontage so a little noisy but price was fair for this type of room, would not have wanted to stay much longer as may not have got through another night with little sleep Overall tidy hotel of good value
