"I don't really have any complains to this hotel. We stayed here for four days at the room with sea view (I don't know exactly what room as it's booked by my husband). The room itself was very spacious and beautiful. I particularly liked the bathroom design a lot. My husband booked it for my birthday/honeymoon. And they arranged a small bunch of pinky roses for my arrival - this was my first time receiving flowers during a trip! They arranged some fruits upon our arrival too - fruits were very fresh and juicy. They had also arranged a birthday cake for me and it's delicious! There were quite a lot of tv channels to choose from. Staff generally was very polite and helpful, apart from one female staff at the reception. She kept talking to the staff who's assisting me to do the check-in and to another staff very loudly, and she never smiled or looked at us, which was quite impolite. I told her she's being very unprofessional. The bell-boy staff was very helpful too. They staff generally could speak English well. They have (I think) five swimming pools (including the kids pool), and they all looked very stunning, especially the infinity pools. It's very easy to order foods & beverage while you were relaxing at the pool which was nice. Life-guards were treating their jobs seriously - they kept reminding the kids to wear life-jackets, etc. Drinks/Foods at the pool bar were nice and reasonably priced. Restaurants in the hotel: Foods in both the western and Vietnamese restaurants were pretty nice and reasonably priced. We had lunches and dinners in the hotel. Vietnamese restaurant was closed during the day time. Beach: The beach area was very nice and clean. Again, a few life-guards were always watching the guests to make sure they were safe which was good. It would be nice if guests could order foods/drinks at the beach too! Location: It's just five mins walk away from Marble Mountains. So do not miss it! And it took us only around 30 mins to go to the airport. Around 80% were Korean during our stay. Not sure if it's very famous in Korea. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here."
