"Abbiamo trascorso solo 2 notti ad Agosto prenotando la sola camera (junor suite sea view) senza colazione e senza cena. Bella la camera, arredata con gusto, carina la piscina, bella la vista mare sia dalla camera che dalla piscina, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ho prenotato direttamente dal sito, iscrivendomi come membro al gruppo livvo plus ho ottenuto uno sconto molto gradito. La spiaggia Esmaralda in fondo alla discesa, una delle migliri di Costa calma, dorata, mare cristallino, entrata in acqua accessibile, ci ritornerei."

"Hotel, très calme et très bien situé près du village. Les chambres ont toutes vue sur mer avec une literie confortable. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec des produits frais, de même que pour le dîner, grand choix. Personnel, attentionné et toujours disponible. Piscine agréable et peu fréquentée."

"Me and my husband went with our adult daughters age 21 and 19 and booked direct with the hotel. The check in was quick and the guy on reception very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff throughout the hotel. We had 2 rooms next to each other. The rooms are lovely and modern. Ok a few bits of wear and tear but minor!! Our daughters room had a problem with the air conditioning so a mobile unit was provided. Their shower also leaked. However they were provided with compensation of free bali bed for the day. Plus extras The main plus of the holiday was the animation team. A special mention must go to Carlo!!! He absolutely made our holiday by going above and beyond with the guests. Get involved or not. But if you do the games are such fun. Yes there are a lot of Italians at the hotel but if you get involved and interact you will not be ignored. The food is of a high standard for all inclusive. There is a lot of fish but also meat and vegetarian choices. The pizza and pasta is lovely. Drinks are nice but cocktails not so good. But they made a good margarita 🍹. Loads of sunbeds. Very close to shops and beach. Would we go back? Definitely CARLO if you move hotel let us know we will go to where you are!! Matt & Sara plus girls"

"Just got back from a week with my 5 year old and very surprised at reading the negative reviews . We had a great time . Animation team are fantastic and there is plenty for both adults and children. Food and drink is your standard all inclusive but always plenty of choice - sometimes a bit repetitive but what more can you expect? Rooms slightly basic but this didn't bother us as barely spent time in there - only negative was air con not working but we just left the balcony door slightly open to let in air so not a big issue . Hotel staff were great at bars and reception . Absolutely gorgeous views just like the pictures . Slightly remote but easy bus/taxi trip into town for shops and restaurants. Beach on the doorstep was an added bonus . Overall fantastic holiday and we would definitely go back"

"Hotel di buon livello,stanze spaziosissime,pulizia eccellente,cibo abbondante anche se essendo sopratutto clientela tedesca spesso devo chiedere a colazione prosciutto crudo che prontamente mi viene consegnato con grazia e sorrisi. Un plauso a Ibra sempre sorridente e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze. Ma le 5 stelle le ho date perche' nella hall c'e' una persona che dire gradevolissima potrei fargli un torto. Un sorriso vero ...reale..nn di circostanza..pieno di gioia di vivere..pronto ad ogni richiesta..mai incontrato nella mia lunga esperienza in giro per il mondo..una persona del genere.....tenetevelo strettissimo ..dimenticavo di darvi il suo nome...KHALID"
