Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY 7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.

Baby cots are available for 1,000 yen (tax included) per stay, but the number is limited, so please inquire at the time of booking if you would like one. (Cribs are for infants up to 17 months old.)

If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
The construction on Midosuji-street facing the hotel will be carried out until March 31, 2025. Guests may experience some noise due to the construction and might disturb the guests' stay. |

Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Road construction will be underway next to the property (Mido-suji street) August 20, 2023-March 31, 2025 from 9 PM to 9 AM, daily. Guests may hear construction-related noise during this time.

• One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately JPY 3300 for adults and JPY 1980 for children
• Hosted evening meal: JPY 9680
