Serene and cool atmosphere, everything is fine.

The environment offers a wonderful ambiance, characterized by tranquility, making it an ideal setting for relaxation and rejuvenation for all visitors.

The staff here are very attentive and resolve issues promptly. The atmosphere is relaxing and fresh, surrounded by plenty of greenery. However, there are occasions when events can become quite noisy. The rooms lack soundproofing, which means you can easily hear people walking outside as well as conversations from adjacent rooms. The view from the room is lovely, and the room itself is aesthetically pleasing, but the closet has a slight odor, likely from the previous guest. This place is ideal for those who appreciate tranquility and wish to relax without disturbances.

The place is attractive and tidy, with courteous staff. However, it’s important to note that all standard rooms here do not come equipped with heaters or fans, which may not cater to everyone’s preferences. The restaurant serves tasty dishes at budget-friendly prices, and the service is very welcoming. Overall, this is an excellent location for a relaxing vacation that many guests would appreciate.

I booked a night for Friday, and then due to some unforeseen circumstances, I decided to extend my stay for another night on Saturday. Even though it was the weekend, the staff were very accommodating. The grounds are quite spacious, and taking a stroll around the lake was very enjoyable :)))) However, I found the pastries here to be rather disappointing :))) The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and the seafood hot pot I tried was decent. I particularly enjoyed the fish that came with the seafood platter, and the vermicelli that accompanied it was delicious as well. The room I stayed in was quite large; I had booked a Sup room, which had a big bed perfect for families with small children to share comfortably. Overall, my experience was quite pleasant.

The stunning scenery by Tuyen Lam Lake boasts lush pine forests and an array of meticulously maintained flowers and ornamental plants. To enhance the experience, the resort could add more chairs throughout the grounds, providing guests with places to sit, relax, and savor the ambiance. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, with delicious Vietnamese dishes, although the selection of Western options is somewhat limited. A significant drawback is the warmth of the rooms; they lack air conditioning, and windows cannot be opened, leaving guests reliant on fans for cooling.

However, the soundproofing is not optimal; you can hear noises from the hallway.⭐ The service is professional with enthusiastic and friendly staff.⭐ The price is reasonable and matches the service provided.⭐ The restaurant offers a variety of dishes. The breakfast buffet is not outstanding but offers a decent selection of dishes. Especially notable is the delicious milk tea, which needs to be ordered separately and is not included in the buffet.⭐ The location is beautiful, right next to Tuyen Lam lake with a scenic walking path along the lake through the pine forest, offering a stunning sunset view. It's also conveniently close to the city center, taking only 10 to 15 minutes to reach.❕ The billiard room, table tennis area, foosball, and children's playroom are quite dirty. It seems there might be ongoing construction, as the toys are dusty and the floor bears footprints.❕ During my visit, there was some teambuilding event, and combined with poor soundproofing, it was noisy from early morning.⭐ Room is spacious, clean, fully equipped. Soundproofing is not very good, you can clearly hear sounds in the hallway.⭐ Professional service, enthusiastic and friendly staff.⭐ Reasonable price, worthy of the service provided.⭐ Restaurant with diverse dishes. The breakfast buffet is not so excellent but has many dishes and is acceptable. There is especially delicious milk tea, but you have to order it separately, not included in the buffet.⭐ Beautiful location, right next to Tuyen Lam lake and has a walking path along the lake in the middle of the pine forest, very beautiful sunset view. Getting to the city is also quite close, takes 10 to 15 minutes.❕ The billiard room, table tennis, table football and children's playroom are quite dirty. I don't know if there's any construction going on, but the toys are full of dust and the floor is streaked with footprints.❕ The day I went there was a teambuilding event or something, plus the room was poorly soundproofed so it was noisy from early in the morning.

Khách sạn tốt, thích hợp để nghỉ dưỡng, nhân viên chuyên nghiệp. Tay nghề đầu bếp ở mức trung bình, cần nâng cấp ở mảng này.

Terracotta Resort Đà Lạt là nơi nghĩ dưỡng tuyệt vời khi có dịp đến Đà Lạt du lịch hoặc kết hợp công việc. Nơi đây hội đủ những yếu tố để khách hàng cần có cho việc nghỉ ngơi thư giản của mình. Khung cảnh thanh bình nên thơ, cung cách phục vụ nhiệt tình, chu đáo, ngăn nắp, vệ sinh, rất hài lòng!

Từ nhân viên đến Khung cảnh, tất cả đều tuyệt vời. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Tiện ích thích hợp cho mọi lứa tuổi

Hơi tiếc 1 chút là ks k có phòng y tế hoặc tủ thuốc dự phòng. Buổi tối tôi lưu trú tại đây bị sốt + đau đầu, gọi lễ tân hỏi thuốc giảm đau hạ sốt nhưng không có. Ks xa trung tâm + trời mưa mà chồng tôi p lên mạng search quầy thuốc r gọi ship vào tận nơi. Chờ hơn 1 tiếng mới có thuốc uống và cơn đau vật vã. 1 trải nghiệm hơi tệ cho dịch vụ support khách hàng trong TH này.

Nếu như bạn có xe riêng, kể cả xe máy, ko ngại xa trung tâm thì Terra là 1 chỗ thư giãn tuyệt vời, chỗ để xe rộng, phòng ốc thoải mái, ko gian rất thiên nhiên, có phòng bida, hồ bơi, tennis đầy đủ. Tuy nhiên chất lượng wifi thực sự rất tệ, gần như tôi phải xài 4G để làm việc. Dù có gọi nhân viên sửa nhiều lần. Ngoài ra rất đáng chuẩn 4 sao quốc tế

Tivi vẫn còn dùng dòng cũ hên là vẫn còn xem đc youtube Ghế trang điểm ngồi kg chắc rung rinh, bàn tròn khách trong phòng cũng vậy Nước suối kg free được 2 chai đầu cho khách

湖畔の静かなホテル。 中心部からはタクシーで15分位にあり、ゆっくり過ごしたい人にはおすすめです。 若干の古さが目立ちますが仕方ないかなと。

아침식사도 괜찮고 호텔주변 뷰도 이쁘네요 근데 시내랑 너무 멀어서 좀 힘들엇어요
