- Step 1: Download or capture a new image.
Step 2: Create 5 copies with sizes of 32x32, 40x40, 48x48, 192x192, 448x448 respectively.
Step 3: Open File Explorer, navigate to C:ProgramDataMicrosoftUser Account Pictures => Paste the 5 images you just created. Replace and rename them according to the 5 images available in the folder.
Step 2: Detailed Guide
Step 1: Download or capture a new image you like.
Step 2: Create 5 copies with names and sizes changed as follows:
- user-32.png - 32 x 32
- user-40.png - 40 x 40
- user-48.png - 48 x 48
- user-192.png - 192 x 192
- user.png - 448 x 448

Step 3: Press the Windows + E key combination to open File Explorer. Then navigate to the User Accounts Pictures folder at: C:ProgramDataMicrosoftUser Account Pictures.
- Note: Some Windows editions may have the folder named Default Account Pictures at the end.
Step 4:Paste 5 images you just created, select Replace the files in destination to replace the 5 default images here.
Step 5: Restart your computer to complete.
