Mỗi năm, vào cuối tháng 3 âm lịch, thị trường tình Khâu Vai luôn thu hút đông đảo du khách. Đây là một trong những thị trường độc đáo nhất ở Hà Giang, thường diễn ra tại một thung lũng rộng lớn tại xã Khâu Vai, cách trung tâm Mèo Vạc khoảng 20km.
