Transferring Money with Viettel Pay on Your Phone
To transfer money using Viettel Pay on Android or iPhone, follow these steps:
Step 1: Firstly, access the Viettel Pay app, which you've downloaded and installed on your Android or iPhone.

- Transfer to card number (free) : Similar to transferring money with Viettel Pay to a bank account, you can easily transfer money to bank accounts through the ATM card numbers of banks supported by Viettel Pay.
- Cash transfer (fee applies) : You'll need to input necessary information: recipient's details, choose the method of receiving money, input recipient's address, confirm payment information, and enter the OTP authentication password.

- Your Viettel Pay account needs to utilize ViettelPay package 2 by selecting the Upgrade to package 2 option and confirming personal information as shown below.
