Recently, Adobe introduced a new update with exciting features and added support for additional cameras and lenses.
Key highlights of the new features include:
- Tethered live view for Nikon cameras: allowing direct photo capture on PC through live view, now available for Nikon DSLR cameras, with image rotation and automatic focusing.
- Red-eye removal feature removed from the Copy/Paste function
- Improved performance
- Upgraded image display bar and grid on MacOS, smoother and faster.
- Copy/Paste, Sync Settings, Quick Develop, and Auto Sync processes will reduce waiting time, especially noticeable when processing multiple photos at once.
Especially, and most awaited, Adobe Lightroom Classic now supports new and popular cameras and lenses such as:
- Fujifilm GFX 100S
- Sony A1
- Sony FX3
- Samsung Galaxy S21/21+/21 Ultra.
- 35mm F1.4 GM Lens
- You can view all newly supported devices here.
After a waiting period since the launch of GFX 100S with 102MP 16-bit RAW and Sony A1 50MP, now is the opportunity to test the power of raw files from these attractive cameras.
