Design and Display
Being part of the Redmi Note 12 series, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo won't deviate much from the design of other models. However, there are noticeable differences. The most notable change is the removal of the characteristic cluster, replaced by a new design with separate lenses.
The Redmi Note 12 Turbo is being emphasized in silver-white color, but it's likely to also come in black. At the back, the device features a triple camera setup with a 64MP primary lens. Additionally, it boasts dual speakers, a USB-C port, and possibly an IR Blaster on the top edge. Notably, the product also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is rare in today's smartphones.
In promotional images, Xiaomi unveils the astonishingly thin bezels of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, thinner than even 14. The screen-to-body ratio is up to 93.45%, and it is equipped with a single punch-hole camera on the front.

Although introduced in the mid-range segment, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo is ready to compete with other leading phones thanks to its powerful specifications. The product comes with the latest mid-range processor from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2.
According to previous reports, due to the same architecture, the performance of the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 can rival that of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. Additionally, Qualcomm stated that the new generation processor will bring significantly improved performance and energy efficiency compared to its predecessor, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1.
The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 features a 1+3+4 CPU architecture with high-performance Kryo processing cores clocked at 2.91GHz, improving performance by up to 50% compared to the previous generation. The processor will also come with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage capacity.
Moreover, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo has improved its vapor chamber cooling with an increased size of 3,725 square millimeters. The product will run on the Android 13 operating system with the latest MIUI 14 interface.
According to the 3C certification website, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo may be equipped with a 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charging. However, wireless charging feature is unlikely to be included.
The phone features a triple camera setup on the back with a 64MP main sensor supporting optical image stabilization (OIS) combined with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. Additionally, the device boasts a 16MP selfie camera on the front in hole-punch style.

The expected price range of the product will be between 350 - 400 USD, equivalent to around 8.3 - 9.4 million VND, unconfirmed information. Finally, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo will be launched globally under a different name, possibly F5.
