ASUS ROG Flow X16 features a 360-degree hinge that allows users to use the device like a tablet. It also supports touch pens so you can unleash your creativity, draw, or take notes.
Additionally, the ASUS ROG Flow X16 is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 9 6900HS processor with 35W power consumption, featuring 8 cores and 16 threads. What's even more impressive is that the device comes with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics card, a significant upgrade from the RTX 3050 Ti featured on the Flow X13.

Regarding the cooling mechanism, the device is cooled using a high-performance thermal compound from Thermal Grizzly, along with a new 'Frost Force' cooling system featuring three fans and multiple heat pipes around.
Not stopping there, ASUS is also equipping the ROG Flow X16 with the ROG Nebula HDR technology display featuring a mini-LED panel. This screen can reach up to 1,100 nits of peak brightness, delivering the best possible HDR experience on a laptop for users.
The screen also covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color space with PANTONE Validated technology. Accompanying this is Quad HD+ resolution and a screen refresh rate of up to 165 Hz, allowing users to smoothly play any game with ease.

For the ROG Strix Scar 17 Special Edition, the device is enhanced with even more powerful performance. While still featuring the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card, the device now boasts an upgraded power of up to 175W through Dynamic Boost technology.
The highlight here is that the ROG Strix Scar 17 Special Edition is equipped with the Intel Core i9-12950HX processor. This is one of the latest processors in the HX series recently introduced by Intel.

To keep components cool, ASUS is utilizing a large cooling system that covers the entire motherboard. Additionally, ASUS is collaborating with Thermal Grizzly to produce a completely new thermal compound called 'Conductonaut Extreme,' used on both the CPU and GPU.
Similar to the standard version of the ROG Strix Scar 17, users can choose between Full HD - 360 Hz or Quad HD - 240 Hz display options. Both the ROG Strix Scar 17 and ROG Strix Scar 17 Special Edition feature two Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1, Ethernet 2.5 GB, and USB Type-A ports.
The power supply on the ROG Strix Scar 17 Special Edition can deliver up to 330W of power, charging the device from 0% to 50% in just 30 minutes. In terms of design, the ROG Strix Scar 17 SE also comes with a completely new paint technology.
Under UV light or blue LED, the device will illuminate in shades of navy blue and green, containing a hidden message leading users to a small game called SCAR Runner.
