- Đối với dạng bài Describe a popular product made in your region Vietnam – mô tả một sản phẩm truyền thống của đất nước mình.

Example
Today, I will be discussing ‘bánh mì thanh long’ – a masterpiece that has recently gained significant popularity.
‘Bánh mì thanh long’, which can be literally translated into English as ‘Dragon-fruit Flavoured Baguette”, is a sort of bread which was initially developed by Mr Kao Siêu Lực, the founder of ABC Bakery. It was invented in response to the dragon fruit crisis in Vietnam where farmers were unable to sell their dragon fruits amidst the coronavirus outbreak. I am going to call it DFB for short.
The DFB is made from wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, and of course, dragon fruits. The crust has a very special cerise colour that makes this little bread gem stand out from the other members of the baguette family. It is crunchy on the outside, and chewy on the inside. The colour, the texture, coupled with its extraordinarily aromatic fragrance, will make you feel hungry the moment you lay eyes on it.
A lot of people are willing to stand in a long line to get the DFB. ABC is believed to be making 30,000 loaves a day, and all of them are sold out within minutes!

Sample IELTS Speaking part 3 topic: Product
1. Do you believe product instructions contribute effectively to enhancing user experience?
They are a crucial component of the whole thing, in my opinion, as users will be instructed on how to use the product effectively or avoid negative outcomes if they use it improperly. For instance, there may be an age limit on certain milk products. Underage drinkers run the risk of experiencing premature puberty.
- A crucial component: Một thành phần quan trọng
- Improperly (adv): Không đúng cách
- Run the risk of s.th: Gặp rủi ro
- Premature puberty: Dậy thì sớm
2. Do you believe it is essential to introduce numerous new products in today's world?
To the best of my knowledge, the goal is to balance supply and demand rather than striving to produce as many items as possible. We shall have an abundance of things that may eventually become perishable if supply outpaces demand.
For example, farmers frequently desire to increase the yields of their fruits and vegetables, but because to Covid, many of these products cannot be exported. Since it is practically impossible to eat everything on the home market, waste is most likely to happen. Even some of the farmers might declare bankruptcy.
- Balance (v): cân bằng
- Strive (v): cố gắng
- Perishable (adj): dễ hỏng
- Outpace (v): vượt qua
- Declare bankruptcy: tuyên bố phá sản
3. What causes certain locally made products to be priced very high?
Traditional or regional crafts are sometimes expensive since, as you may know, customers are paying for both skilled labor and regional raw materials. Additionally, because most regional crafts are one-of-a-kind, buying them is absolutely worthwhile.
- Skilled labor: lao động lành nghề
- Craft (n): đồ thủ công
- One-of-a-kind (adj): độc lạ
- Worthwhile (adj): đáng giá
4. Do you anticipate machines replacing humans in future manufacturing? Is this a positive or negative development?
Actually, they already have, albeit not totally. I consider the introduction of machines into manufacturing to be a significant breakthrough because technology’s development would significantly increase mass production, which directly influences economic growth.
- Albeit: mặc dù
- Breakthrough (n): sự đột phá
- Economic growth (n): tăng trưởng kinh tế
5. Why do individuals in different regions favor distinct types of cuisine?
I believe that a lot of it has to do with their upbringing. What we were exposed to as children has a big impact on the types of things we like. Someone from Brazil, for instance, will like distinct tastes and textures than someone from China.
- Upbringing (n): sự nuôi dưỡng
- Be exposed to (adj): Tiếp xúc với
6. Which types of foods enjoy global popularity?
Definitely pizza and fast food. In Sydney as well as Prague, ordering a cheeseburger is a typical occurrence, and it’s hard for me to imagine a region of the world where pizza isn’t widely consumed.
This is partly because of globalization, in my opinion. The types of items that become popular can change as fast food businesses attempt to build restaurants in new countries.
- Occurrence (n): sự xuất hiện
- Globalization (n): sự toàn cầu hóa
7. What motivates people to opt for imported products?
I believe that many consumers use foreign goods without even realizing it. Numerous goods are produced in other nations and delivered all across the world. It’s typical to find a label on a product stating that it was produced in another nation, such as Mexico or China.
Alternatively, consumers might be inclined towards products simply because of their place of origin, such as purchasing Swiss cheese or Belgian chocolate. These items are rare and possess distinct qualities, such as unique flavors.- Numerous (adj): nhiều
- Be drawn to (adj): bị thu hút bởi
- Distinctive (adj): khác nhau
