Certainly, the journey was challenging initially, I felt overwhelmed with all the self-learning resources available on the internet. I understood at that time that I couldn't tackle it alone, so I reached out to my friends. I found one who shared the same objectives as me, and together, we commenced our studies. Primarily, our focus was on keeping each other motivated and disciplined, thus we established some guidelines to adhere to; whoever violated them would face severe consequences. Undoubtedly, as a new educator, I need to navigate through numerous challenges and conduct extensive research to gain a profound understanding of teaching methodologies. However, in reflection, I must admit that I've made the correct decision. The new job brings me immense joy and unfolds countless opportunities for self-enhancement.
