It is noticeable that A and B produced significantly more rice than C and D, and rice production in A and D showed an upward trend while the figures for B and C fluctuated over the period shown.

C and D produced much less rice compared to the other countries, at 5 and 2.5 million tonnes respectively. Some individuals believe that traditional newspapers are no longer necessary. In my point of view, I totally agree with this opinion as the computer-based reading habit has become increasingly dominant due to the merits it offers.
First of all, the utmost benefit of reading online newspapers is that it can effectively utilize the user's experience. With the advent of the Internet and various portable high-tech devices, people now can access a wide range of reading contents with just a few simple clicks. In contrast to printed newspapers, huge storage of news would be published in a much faster way and help users stay up-to-date notwithstanding geographical constraints. Additionally, as traditional newspapers could only consist of texts and illustrations, the digital version appears to be more innovative due to many attached media resources such as voice records or videos. For instance, busy people these days can multitask by listening to the podcast on the digital magazine while processing their workload.
Another advantage of online newspapers is the efficiency and sustainability it offers. To fully conduct a printed publication, press agencies must go through a prolonging procedure including certain stages such as printing and shipping. However, digital news could be considered an eco-friendly reading habit as this does not comprise logging activities in the production sequence. Thus, online resources could help raise awareness of preserving the natural environment and set a new trend of reducing printed materials. As online newspapers have relatively lower production cost, many contents are published free, or cost very little, which allows more readers to access quality reading materials.
To sum up, because online reading sources can improve reader’s experience and lead to better sustainability, I believe that printed publications should come to a halt.
