Today, I’m going to share about my closest friend, Hien, who has educated me on a form of time-management technique known as prioritization. Initially, Hien and I have been companions for about ten years, making her not only my best friend but also akin to a family member to me. 

Regarding her character, three words that could describe her are ambitious, intelligent, and hardworking, or we could refer to her as a high achiever. By consistently earning numerous scholarships from both college and businesses, she continuously brings pride to her parents. 

In terms of the time-management technique she imparted to me, prioritization means tackling urgent or important tasks first, enabling me to utilize my time more effectively. Since adopting this method, my work efficiency has significantly increased. 

In conclusion, she serves as a living role model with myriad qualities that I strive to emulate. Without her, I would not have learned many beneficial aspects that have greatly enhanced both my academic journey and daily life.

1. What qualities do you believe a good teacher should possess?

There are numerous positive personality traits that an experienced educator should possess. Primarily, an excellent teacher should be adaptable, allowing them to adjust their teaching methods according to their students' needs. Moreover, outstanding teachers exhibit patience, enabling them to handle students of all abilities, particularly slower learners, without becoming discouraged.

For instance, nowadays, children can find answers to nearly any question through search engines like Google, a luxury never available to previous generations who generally did not have access to the Internet.
