1. Block Channels on YouTube on Computer
For videos with trashy or inappropriate content, especially content unsuitable for children, follow these steps to block channels on YouTube.
Step 1: First, scroll down and click directly on the channel name of that video.
Step 2: Next, navigate to the channel's introduction on YouTube.
Step 3: Here, you'll find a flag; click on it to proceed with blocking channels with unhealthy content on YouTube.
Step 4: Then, click on block user after the menu appears.
Step 5: Upon confirming they can't comment on you, press send. While this method doesn't completely block channels with unhealthy content on YouTube, it reduces the chances of that channel appearing in your personal YouTube recommendations.
2. Use Video Blocker to Block Channels on YouTube
With the previous method, you can't completely block channels with unhealthy content on YouTube. Therefore, Video Blocker is the solution to help you block channels on YouTube. The Video Blocker tool currently operates on two browsers, Firefox and Chrome.

Step 1: As shown in the image, we use Firefox, so download Video Blocker for Firefox and then click Add to Firefox.
Step 2: Confirm adding Video Blocker to your Firefox.
Step 3: After receiving the notification that Video Blocker has been added, just click OK, and we start blocking channels on YouTube with Video Blocker.
Step 4: To block a channel on YouTube, simply click Add, then add the YouTube channel link and click the plus sign (+).
Blocking that channel means you'll never see it on your YouTube account or browser. Note: Searching may still show results, but you won't be able to watch videos.
3. Block Channels on YouTube on Mobile
Step 1: Aside from using YouTube Kids or separate apps, simply click on the avatar on the video of that channel. Here, click on the three-dot icon.
Step 2: Then click on block user and confirm the block once more.
Notification: Successfully blocked the channel on YouTube. Following the first guide, this method limits recommendations from that channel on your YouTube account.
