3. Cancel All Print Commands through the Run Window
- Use the shortcut Windows + R or go to Start => Run to open the Run window on Windows and type Control Printers, then click OK
- In the Printers section, right-click on the current printer you are using and select See what’s printing, a list of executing print commands will appear
- Choose File from the Menu and select Cancel all documents to cancel all print commands
