Hãy nghe Podcast mẫu Part 1 của Mytour nhé:
1.1. Bạn có sử dụng email không?
Definitely. I send and receive email on a daily basis, especially for my study. Emails are a message exchange medium where I can get my point of view across to my friends and lecturers.
Useful vocabulary:
No. | Vocabulary | Pronunciation | Meaning |

1.2. Bạn thích dùng email hay tin nhắn văn bản hơn?
I still prefer texting to emails because sending a text is much faster than sending an email. Salutation (formal greeting) and signature are required when we write emails, but we needn’t do such a thing when we text. Besides, texting is a default application on mobile phones and, unlike emails, is always at our disposal even without internet connection, which makes texting a more accessible medium.

1.3. Is it crucial to respond to emails promptly after receiving them?
I would say yes. I think rapid response to newly received email is very crucial, because that will show our respect to the email sender. When I have to make an important decision through email, I still respond “received” quickly, and spend time taking that issue into consideration. Then I will send another email to announce my decision.

If I had to choose between the two options, I would likely opt for sending an email. It allows me ample time to carefully formulate and express my thoughts clearly.
