Step 1: Firstly, right-click on the power icon at the bottom right corner and select Power Options.
Step 2: When the new window appears, click on Create a power plan

How to Delete Power Plan Control Panel
Step 1: First, click on the Windows icon, type cmd there, then right-click on the cmd icon, select Run as administrator.
Step 2: After the black window appears, type powercfg list there, then press Enter to display the list of Power Plans.
As shown in the image, the part within the blue lines represents the Power Plans of your computer. For example, if you want to delete the Power Saver entry, proceed to enter the command as follows and then press Enter
