Transcript 1: I’m sure you are all aware that our new line of phone cases is selling very well. However, for some reason, our range of selfie sticks are selling quite poorly. I wonder if the price is too high compared to similar products on the market. We need a strategy to start selling more selfie sticks so I’ve invited a marketing specialist to our company to talk about changing our prices. This afternoon we will have a meeting with them, so please come to the meeting room after lunch and sit in on the discussion.

Transcript 2: Hi, Phineas. I’m calling about the office furniture that we delivered to Johns & James recently. They said their first floor looks great, but they need twenty chairs and a conference table for their meeting room upstairs. They have recently combined with another company, so I think they will have a lot more employees in their building soon. Make sure you check what we have in the warehouse. If there is anything missing, we need to order it today. In addition, please have me sign off on the order before sending it. As the manager, I need to sign all orders before they leave the office. Please let me know as soon as the order is ready.

Most importantly, I would like you to make sure that the price tags are properly displayed in front of their products. Customers may get really upset and confused when the price of a product is displayed incorrectly. In case a customer does get displeased, please let me know immediately so I can come and deal with the problem in person.

I also read in the ad that you'd be willing to drive the car to the buyer's house , but I live three hours away so I don't want to put you in a difficult situation.
