Generation Z, also known as GenZ, is a term referring to a group of individuals born within a specific timeframe. For GenZ, this timeframe is defined as 1995 to 2012. GenY emerged amidst the technology boom, where everything changed rapidly, and GenY had to adapt to maintain a stable life. For Generation Y, manual labor was no longer the primary focus as everyone equipped themselves with additional knowledge to survive in the technological society.
