Context | The family member that I would most like to work with in the future is actually my younger brother. I chose him as an answer for this question for a few different reasons. |
Content | The first being that we have very strong lines of communication. As we grew up together, we are very good at understanding the intentions of what the other is trying to say, and often, nothing needs to be said at all. This would very efficient in the scope of a working operation. The second thing is that while we share a lot in common, we are also very different from each other. I am quite impulsive and artistic, where he excels in mathematics and is very calculated in all of his actions. This would mean that while working together we would benefit from both personality types, and each one would help mitigate the other. The final reason that I will give for having chosen him, is that we have a very strong bond of trust between us. We have been through many hardships and adversities before, and have always come out stronger. |
Conclusion | We are both quite open with each other and have discussed many things of importance, and we both know that the other is operating from a fundamentally ethically responsible place, so we could operate knowing that we both have the best of intentions in mind. |
