Ourself. From my personal experience, cooking is no easy task. When you're in the kitchen, you handle many sharp tools and high heat, putting yourself at risk of injury. Therefore, culinary skills blend chemistry with the precision of martial arts.

That’s why high school students here are required to take cooking classes offered by a third party.
