1. Why do people often encounter issues with new products?
People often face challenges when using new products because they seldom read the user manual, preferring to experiment with features and learn through hands-on experience. Vietnamese laptop users are particularly guilty of this behavior, such as neglecting to clean air vents until their devices overheat and crash, despite recommendations against it in the manual.
2. How do individuals utilize digital devices to assist them in their studies?
Individuals utilize digital devices for study purposes through educational apps. These apps not only provide visual aids but also incorporate audio elements, making learning more engaging and memorable. For instance, in learning English, students globally use smartphone flashcard apps to reinforce vocabulary, as these materials offer authentic, real-world English learning experiences.
3. Do individuals spend too much time looking at digital screens? Why?
Yes, I believe that people nowadays spend excessively much time in front of screens, far surpassing the levels recommended by scientists. This has resulted in strain on people's eyes and deterioration of their vision, as evidenced by the growing number of individuals blaming their nearsightedness on hours spent staring at computer screens.
4. Do you agree that parents should restrict the amount of time their children spend on their mobile phones?
No, I do not think it is beneficial for parents to set limits on their children's mobile phone usage because such strictness has never been an effective educational approach. Children whose phone usage is controlled by their parents often react negatively, either openly by arguing or covertly by hiding their activities.

5. What do people use mobile phones for?
Mobile phones serve a wide range of purposes. Aside from educational applications, as previously mentioned, they facilitate long-distance communication through text messages and calls. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic a few years ago, phone conversations were preferred over face-to-face interaction to minimize the risk of airborne virus transmission.

6. How do you view individuals addicted to computer gaming?
I believe they require assistance to overcome their addiction, both from their families and society. Families can provide encouragement to resist temptations, while society can arrange group therapy sessions involving both addicts and those who have recovered, fostering a sense of validation that strengthens their determination to disconnect from computers.
