I have chosen to speak about a T-shirt because it is one of the most important items in my wardrobe. I have been wearing it since my mother gave it to me when I turned 16, as far back as I can remember.
I’d say I’m not particularly fashion-conscious, and I don’t feel like following the newest fad. However, I did notice that it was a Boo T-shirt, a well-known luxury brand in Vietnam. The upper left corner of the white T-shirt has a tiny hand embroidered cow on it. Additionally, it is constructed of cotton, making it highly sturdy and ideal for the hot weather. It is definitely modest and just to my taste, I must say.
Since it complements everything, it is actually my favorite item. I can wear it with any style of skirt or pants, including overalls, jeans, and pants. It actually works wonders as an upper layer for a winter suit. Nevertheless, despite its usefulness and adaptability, I still don’t wear it much. The T-shirt is really difficult to keep clean because it is white. Because it helps me feel more confident, I only choose to wear it on important occasions like dates, family gatherings, and interviews.
All in all, it's a very meaningful gift that I will treasure and continue to wear because it was given to me by someone I deeply love. Actually, I don't think it will ever go out of fashion, so the choice is quite simple.

To be honest, I’ve gotten a lot of garments as gifts, but if I had to choose one to mention today, it would be the custom blazer my mother made for me.
My mother advised me to dress professionally at work when I was hired following a probationary period; she said I could no longer wear casual jeans and a T-shirt. So she made the decision to have a lovely camel-colored women’s jacket with ’80s influences made for me as a gift.
I don’t frequently choose a subdued color because, as you may know, my skin is rather fair. When I initially put it on, I felt a little self-conscious, but as soon as I realized how well it suited my slender cigarette pants and dark maroon shoes, I was overjoyed.
My mother understood me quite well and was familiar with my preferences. She instructed the tailor to forego any ostentatious bells and whistles because I wanted a sophisticated and professional blazer. Everything revolved around the silhouette, which emphasized my lean body.
The blazer’s embracing of my body and showcasing my curves is wonderful. The padded shoulders on the blazer, which are lovely and striking, are unquestionably what I enjoyed most about it. I mean, those shoulders are what gave me life. I appeared to be a young, polished businesswoman when I was wearing that jacket.
From my perspective, clothing reflects who you are; it can showcase your personality, and as Rachel Zoe once said, “Style is a way to express yourself without having to speak.”
Even now, I have only worn that beautiful blazer once. Due to the pandemic, all my engagements and meetings have been conducted online. The situation in Hanoi seems to be improving, so hopefully, I will have the opportunity to wear the blazer again soon. I am eagerly looking forward to wearing it to work again.

1.2.2. Translation
To be honest, I have received many clothing gifts over the years, but if I had to choose one to talk about today, it would be the blazer that my mother tailored for me.
Even today, I have only worn that wonderful blazer on one occasion. I can only attend online meetings due to the pandemic. Every project I participate in and every meeting I attend are conducted online. The situation in Hanoi seems to have calmed down, so hopefully one day I will be able to wear the blazer again. I am eager to wear it to work again.
