Except in cases where the amusement park is at fault or if there are changes to the policy, visitors are not entitled to any refunds for tickets purchased under any circumstances.
If the amusement park temporarily suspends operations or closes due to reasons like weather, maintenance, or repairs, visitors can either request a refund or exchange tickets according to the park's policy.
Refunds or cancellations are only available for tickets purchased directly at the park or through authorized agents of the park.
The park does not accept refunds for ticket purchases, and entry or services will be denied if the visitor does not have the correct ticket as per the regulations.

Weapons, sharp objects, explosives, flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, or any items that could harm human health, life, or the environment are strictly prohibited from being brought into the amusement park.
