Ingredients:
- Chicken meat: 500 grams
- 2 egg whites
- Rice vinegar: 30 milliliters
- Cornstarch: 60 grams
- Baking powder: 3 grams
- Cooking oil
- Orange juice: 150 milliliters
- Fish sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic, grated orange zest - Scallions and white sesame seeds
- Salt, black pepper
How to make orange chicken:
Step 1:
- Rinse the chicken thoroughly and pat dry. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Marinate the chicken with: 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 egg whites, 30ml rice vinegar, 60g cornstarch, 3g yeast.
