1. Tropical Fruit Tea
Ingredients:
- 50g Loc Phat Oolong Tea
- Korean Syrup
- 7.5ml Salt
- Teisseire Syrup or any fruit jam: passionfruit, strawberry, kiwi, etc.
- Assorted fresh fruits: lemon, persimmon, strawberry, apple, orange, watermelon...
Instructions:
- Step 1: Put 50g of Loc Phat Oolong Tea in a cloth tea bag + 4 liters of boiling water into a pitcher and cover, steep the tea for 20 minutes, after steeping, remove the tea bag and squeeze it dry, add 7.5ml of salt and dissolve.
- Step 2: Prepare a 700ml glass. Take 150ml of brewed Oolong tea, 25ml of Korean syrup, 45ml of Golden Farm passionfruit jam (or any fruit desired). You can add ½ persimmon if you prefer a tangier taste.
- Step 3: Pour the mixture from step 2 into the glass and stir well.
- Step 4: Add ice and stir the mixture from step 3, add sliced fruits into the glass, and you have made a refreshing and nutritious Tropical Fruit Oolong Tea.


2. Strawberry and Kiwi Tropical Fruit Tea
Ingredients:
- 2 kiwis
- 10 fresh strawberries or strawberry syrup (if fresh strawberries are not available)
- Lemon juice (1 lemon)
- Sugar syrup
- 120ml distilled water
- Green tea extract
Instructions:
- Step 1: Steep the tea for about 5-8 minutes.
- Step 2: While waiting, peel and dice the kiwis.
- Step 3: Put sugar syrup or syrup in a pan, simmer over low heat. Then add strawberries and kiwis to the pan. After cooking, let it cool.
- Step 4: Strain through a sieve, press to extract a smooth mixture.
- Step 5: Mix with green tea, ice, and enjoy. You can store it in a glass jar for later use with the mixture just cooked.


3. Passionfruit Tropical Fruit Tea
Ingredients:
- 30ml jasmine green tea
- 2 liters distilled water
- 10 passionfruits
- Sugar
- Ice
Instructions:
- Step 1: Boil water, let it cool to about 80 degrees Celsius. Rinse the tea once in hot water for cleanliness (this method is considered tea washing). Then start steeping the tea with warm 80-degree water for about 5-8 minutes.
- Step 2: Prepare passionfruits by removing seeds and straining through a sieve. To remove all the seeds, use a spoon, rub it against the sieve.
- Step 3: Mix passionfruit with cooled green tea, add sugar and syrup (if desired). Tastes better when chilled.
- Step 4: Decorate with additional fruits for a visually appealing and enticing drink. Adjust the flavor if you prefer sweeter or less sweet.


4. Dried Tropical Fruit Tea
Currently, making dried fruit tea is becoming a hot trend with its incredibly simple process. This simple yet delicious dish is very beneficial for the body and helps detoxify.
Ingredients:
- 5 grams green tea
- 2 strawberries
- 1/2 apple
- 5 grapes
Instructions:
- Step 1: Slice the fruits thinly.
- Step 2: Steep the tea at 80 degrees Celsius. After removing the leaves, place the fruits for drying.
- Step 3: Add distilled water to the tea, fresh fruits. Store in the refrigerator to use later.


5. Peach Tropical Fruit Tea
Ingredients:
- 3 pieces of soaked peaches
- 2 pieces of fresh peaches
- 250ml water
- 2-3 peach syrup tea bags
With the prepared ingredients, you can make from 4 to 8 glasses of peach tea to enjoy.
Instructions:
