1. What are the benefits of public facilities? 

In my view, public facilities provide various benefits to society based on their intended purposes. For instance, schools educate children on different aspects of life and equip them with knowledge essential for future careers. Hospitals treat illnesses and save lives, while parks offer recreational spaces for leisure and physical activities. Each serves a distinct purpose, contributing collectively to enhancing our quality of life.

2. Why are certain public transportation methods popular, like the subway? 

In today's world, commuting to work often involves enduring traffic congestion in personal vehicles, which many find highly unpleasant. Mass transit systems such as subways are preferred due to their convenience and speed. Moreover, public investments have upgraded subway, bus, and train facilities to better serve commuters. Affordable fares also contribute to their popularity, especially given recent fluctuations in fuel prices.

3. Why are certain public transportation methods unpopular? 

I believe that a major reason why public transport adheres to a schedule is that if you intend to use the service, you must be aware of and abide by that timetable. Therefore, waiting at a bus stop during an urgent situation like an important meeting is not advisable. With personal vehicles, you have the flexibility to reach your destination at your preferred time without any inconvenience. This is one of the reasons why people are discouraged from using public transportation. Another factor is the requirement to share the journey with others, which can be bothersome. After a long day at work, nobody wants to hear a baby crying nearby or experience theft by someone unknown.

4. What type of transport do young people and older people prefer? 

Speaking from the perspective of youth, I am of the opinion that we prefer using personal vehicles such as motorcycles or scooters. These vehicles are faster and take up less space, allowing us to save commuting time and navigate through traffic effortlessly. As for the elderly, they tend to be traditional, thus favoring buses and trains. This is evidenced by the rarity of seeing an elderly person driving a car or riding a motorcycle, but frequently finding them seated at the front of a bus, pondering about life.

This is an unusual question, but I’ll do my best to answer it. I believe it depends on each individual’s preference. For introverts who seek a quiet place to study, read, or simply relax, a café would be preferable as it tends to be quieter and less crowded. Conversely, those who enjoy nature and social interaction would likely prefer spending time in a park.

In my opinion, a public park is indispensable in every community because it offers numerous benefits to both humans and local wildlife, especially in bustling urban areas. Parks serve as crucial sanctuaries for native plants and animals to thrive, enhancing the overall beauty and safety of the environment for diverse wildlife to inhabit and enjoy.
