Kafka

She's among the renowned Stellaron hunters in the Honkai: Star Rail universe. Kafka is currently sought after by a large number of players due to her intense allure in both power and incredibly beautiful appearance. At present, she's the Honkai: Star Rail character with the easiest and most potent capability for dealing DoT (Damage over Time).

Her skill set is often praised by many players as easy to master and use, akin to Sampo. Moreover, Mytour rates her as quite comprehensive with the ability to deal prolonged Thunder damage, AoE damage, especially the conditions for Kafka to execute Follow-up Strikes are not too complex, making her easily accessible to fellow gamers.

Blade

Apart from Kafka in the Stellaron hunter squad, Blade is also a character favored by many players for his ability to endure well and deal significant Wind damage. 'Bladie' plays by consuming % HP to empower his sword, causing damage in a Diffusion pattern based on both ATK and HP stats. Not only does he simply consume HP, Blade also has good self-healing abilities as he can recover from both his ultimate and his innate talent.

Thanks to Blade's 'do-it-yourself' capability, Honkai: Star Rail players can employ him as the second DPS in their team. Moreover, gearing up Blade isn't too challenging as you only need HP, CrD, CrR to easily dominate the Arena.

Jing Yuan

If you're in need of a Honkai: Star Rail character with both AoE damage capability and easy activation of Follow-up Strikes, Commander Jing Yuan is the most suitable character for you.  

Jing Yuan belongs to the Destiny of Knowledge with the Thunder element, and his primary source of damage comes from the Celestial Commander. Specifically, the Celestial Commander has 60 speed points and 3 strikes per turn (each strike is considered a Follow-up Strike). To increase the Celestial Commander's strikes, players only need to use ultimate and tactical strategies to increase the number of strikes. The more strikes the Celestial Commander has, the greater the ability to break enemy endurance, and the damage inflicted on all enemies.

Thanks to the easy activation of Follow-up Strikes, massive damage even to single targets, Jing Yuan is highly valued by players. However, remember to bring along a crowd control character for him.

Seele

Seele, the 'Firefly' of the Belobog Underground, has won the hearts of Honkai: Star Rail gamers. Seele's skill set focuses on turn stealing and damage dealing. Specifically, Seele's ultimate increases her speed by 25% (increases further with 2 souls) while being able to deal a large amount of Accumulative damage. After defeating an enemy, she immediately gains an extra turn and increases her attack by 40-80%. Seele's ultimate deals damage up to 425% attack, allowing the 'night butterfly' to easily deal damage up to 6 digits if players have the right build.

Thanks to her high damage-dealing skills and easy-to-play mechanics, Seele was once the longest-lasting meta character in Honkai: Star Rail, especially in the Memory Corridor where Seele consistently topped the charts for multiple seasons with a pick rate always above 85-90%.
