Continuing the series of engine upgrades to 160cc on models like Click, PCX, Vario, Air Blade, Honda has recently introduced an upgraded version with a 160cc engine on the Honda ADV.
The Honda ADV 160 is exclusively launched in the Indonesian market, but in Vietnam, private dealers have imported it and are doing business in the market to meet consumer demand.
Honda ADV 160 Price
As observed, the new-generation Honda ADV 160 is sold in Indonesia with two versions: CBS and ABS. The price of the Honda ADV 160 CBS version is 36 million Rp (approximately 56.1 million VND), and the Honda ADV 160 ABS version is 39.25 million Rp (approximately 61.1 million VND).
For the Vietnamese market, private distributors are currently importing only the ABS version of the Honda ADV, priced at around 93 million VND (including value-added tax – VAT).
Thus, the selling price of the Honda ADV 160 ABS in Vietnam is comparable to the Honda PCX 160 and is higher by about 20 – 25 million VND compared to the Honda Vario 160 imported from Indonesia, or nearly 40 million higher than the Honda Air Blade 160 assembled in Vietnam.

Luxurious and Robust Design of the 2022 Honda ADV 160 Scooter
The latest version of the Honda ADV series draws design inspiration from the rugged Honda X-ADV model. It still retains the distinctive features of off-road scooters seen in previous generations, but the bodywork of the Honda ADV 160 has been completely refreshed, seamless, and more robust.
The body of the Honda ADV 160 has been refined compared to the old 150cc version, with the front windscreen being newly cut and more robust. The rear body section is wider, and the long seat is designed with a layered look between the front and rear seats, giving it a sporty appearance.
The overall dimensions of the scooter are quite substantial, measuring 1,950 x 763 x 1,153 mm, with a weight of 126kg. However, the comfortable seat height of 780 mm makes it easy for users to control the scooter.
Diverse and Modern Features on the 2022 Honda ADV 160
The Honda ADV 160 scooter is equipped with a full range of conveniences to ensure a comfortable ride on every journey. Key basic features of the scooter include: a display dashboard, SmartKey smart lock, LED headlights, brake lights, and turn signals for enhanced visibility and durability. Additionally, the scooter features a convenient USB charging port for users who need to charge their phones or electronic devices.
Especially, the Honda ADV 160 has been subtly upgraded in terms of equipment, including:
– HSTC traction control system – a feature usually found on larger displacement bikes that helps limit engine torque when detecting speed differences between the front and rear tires, preventing wheel slipping.
– Adjustable front windscreen height.
The storage compartment capacity has been increased to 30 liters, a 2-liter boost compared to the Honda ADV 150 generation, allowing users to carry more belongings.
Powerful 160cc Engine on the Honda ADV
The all-new eSP+ engine generation on the Honda ADV 160 boasts a real displacement of 157 cc, 4 valves, liquid-cooling technology, and utilizes the PGM-FI fuel injection system. With this engine, the scooter can achieve a power output of 15.8 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and torque of 14.7Nm at 6,500 rpm. Additionally, the Honda ADV 160 demonstrates fuel efficiency, averaging 2.22 liters per 100 km.
