Changes in League of Legends Update 9.9
- Riot has removed Aatrox's passive healing and regeneration abilities. Instead, they've introduced a healing ability based on the physical damage he deals to enemies. The Q and W skill parameters of Aatrox have also been adjusted, with increased cooldown times. The ultimate (R) no longer automatically resurrects but has conditional requirements.
- Defeating Aatrox with an ultimate ability prevents his resurrection. Instead, World Ender's duration increases by 5 seconds, allowing him to revive while it's active. Aatrox's revival won't remove temporary buffs, and Riot continues to adjust and add percentage-based healing within World Ender.
2. Tahm Kench
In this update, additional damage from Tahm Kench's passive will no longer scale, and the slow effect from his Q skill will be enhanced. His E ability gains increased healing and shield, and its usage no longer consumes any mana. Lastly, Tahm Kench's ultimate ability has reduced range and increased cooldown.
3. Blitzcrank
Blitzcrank adjusts his passive shield from mana; now, it's based on his maximum mana instead of the current amount. His R ability has been modified, allowing him to mark targets with his ultimate skill. The lightning bolt will no longer randomly strike targets but will focus on the marked ones. Blitzcrank can mark targets by basic attacking while his ultimate is charging.
4. Equipment Attribute Changes
In this update, there are only two changes. Manamune increases damage, whereas Hunter's Potion will be removed and won't return in the next update. Developers removed it due to its low effectiveness and rare selection, deeming it unnecessary.
5. Rune Adjustments
Aftershock undergoes a significant change, with resilience abilities no longer scaling with levels but instead proportionally increasing based on additional resilience stats according to the champion's level. The damage inflicted will no longer scale with SMCK or SMPT.
