From October to February of the lunar calendar: white cauliflower flowers, wild sunflowers bloom abundantly. Mid-November is the peak time for white cauliflower flowers, golden wild sunflowers, and the colorful red of buckwheat flowers in Moc Chau.

- Fresh milk, milk candies (both are very cheap and delicious). Remember to buy some Moc Chau milk candies as gifts for your family and friends. And don't miss the chance to taste the goat yogurt here.
- In the summer, you can buy plums and peaches from Moc Chau. This includes varieties like French peaches and cat peaches. Additionally, there are also cucumbers, strawberries, avocados, sweet potatoes, dried bamboo shoots.
- Another specialty is smoked buffalo (or beef if possible). During the cold season, people in the highlands often slaughter buffalo, then cut the meat into large pieces, marinate them with various spices, and hang them on the attic above the kitchen to smoke until they turn black and dry. After being 'forgotten' there for about 8-12 months, they are taken down and must be cooked in stew or stir-fry to be edible.
