In relationships, there are moments when one feels bored and the question arises: should they stop?
Originating from a song, 'feeling bored, time to stop' has become a viral phrase on social media, seen as an option to end a relationship that no longer feels the same as it did at the beginning. But do Gen Z agree with this viewpoint?
According to Dieu Lan (20 years old, third-year student), the answer is no. 'Because if every time one feels bored, they stop, then how many people will find true love?', Dieu Lan said.
Dieu Lan believes that in long-term relationships, feeling bored with each other is quite common. Arguments and grudges are inevitable. Dieu Lan thinks that in love, introducing new things is very important.
'Because if we keep thinking that being in a long-term relationship means they won't leave us and just stay lukewarm with their love, without adding more flavor to the affection, it will make both parties weary, and they will surely choose to stop,' Dieu Lan said.
